Job Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive who can manage inbound and outbound calls, customer queries, and assist in lead generation and retention through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
• Handle customer queries and provide solutions
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Build strong customer relationships

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English & regional language
• Strong listening and convincing skills
• CRM knowledge (Zoho/HubSpot) preferred
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
